Placing an order with Bearings Online is simple. You can use our site to locate the bearing(s) you require either by first selecting a category, and browsing through the bearings, or you can search for a specific bearing using the name or dimensions.

Once you have located the bearing you require, simply click the add to basket button where you specify the quantity you require and see the total costs broken down into units and delivery.  Once you have finished shopping, select shopping basket, and pay securely using our secure payment methods.

You do not need to have an account with us to purchase, simply follow the above instructions, to make your order.

What is the latest order time for next day delivery?

Orders placed before 3pm are dispatched the same day. We will always do our best to process orders placed after 3pm the same day; otherwise the order will be processed the following day. Please note orders received after 3pm on Friday will not be posted until the subsequent Monday. Please note we cannot 100% guarantee next day delivery once your order has been dispatched via standard first class Royal Mail.

How much Will I be charged for postage and packaging?

Our postage costs are very favourable, we charge a flat postage cost of £1.50 for first class post, and offer a guaranteed next day courier service via Tuffnells Couriers @ £6.00.

For our European customers, please select European 2-5 day service @ £15.00

How can I pay for my purchases?

Pay securely using SagePay (formerly Protx) accepting all major credit/debit cards & paypal.

Are my details secure?

We NEVER share or pass on our customer\'s information. Information given is used purely for the purpose of delivery of the goods you order and keeping you up to date with your order progress. We DO NOT process payment information. We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by transferring your details to Paypal (Credit or Debit Card transactions) where your payment will be processed securely. Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer by clicking the \"log off\" link located in the side menu. Can I place an order from Overseas?

Yes. When creating a new account the system recognises your location and processes your order accordingly.

Can an order be delivered overseas?

Yes. Upon creating a new account the system recognises your location, please select the appropriate shipping method - please select European 2-5 day service @ £15.00.

When will my order be delivered?

If despatched via Tuffnells, this is a next day service, please make sure there will be someone available to sign for the parcel at the delivery address. If despatched via Royal Mail, 1st class post, generally this will be delivered next day but it is not guaranteed.

Is VAT chargeable on carriage?

As per the Inland Revenue, VAT is chargeable on all goods and services provided at a rate of 15%, For goods supplied outside the UK there will be no VAT charged.

Can I return unwanted goods?

Unwanted goods can be returned, within 14 days, unopened and in the original packaging. You can open the boxes but not the sealed bags inside. A handling charge may be charged for any returns, so please contact our customer services.

How do I obtain a refund for goods returned?

Upon receipt of your returned goods a refund will be made by your chosen payment method. A refund for the original delivery charge will be given when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted. Please ensure you obtain a receipt from the post office as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit, and cannot process a refund until the goods have been safely returned to use

Can I exchange goods?

Goods can be returned and exchanged within 14 days. Please ensure the goods are unopened and in the original packaging. Please return the items to Head Office:
