Angular Contact Ball Bearings

This range of bearing is usually used in pairs (2 directions) and is highly suitable for the accommodation of radial and axial loads in one direction. Angular Contact Ball Bearings are available in the following contact angles; 15°, 20°, 25°, 30°, 40° and 60°.

A larger contact angle allows the accommodation of higher loads at the sacrifice of speed. A smaller contact angle on the other hand allows for higher speed applications but a lower load rating.
